Over the years, my roles have spanned various technical areas, such as Network Engineering, Storage and Database Administration, Systems Administration, and my current position as a DevOps Engineer.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I am also the proud founder of daas.ng, a pioneering mentorship platform in Nigeria dedicated to nurturing the next generation of DevOps Evangelists. Collaborating with my co-founders and friends within the DevOps and IT community, we provide free mentorship to aspiring individuals, fueling their growth and success.
While I find solace in indoor activities, my passion for technology comes to life through my love for gadgets, particularly large displays and impressive speakers. My Role at Zone
I lead the dynamic TechOps Unit at Zone, overseeing four vital units: Monitoring, AppAdmin, Systems Integration, and DevOps. This leadership role has been an exhilarating experience for me, as it marks the first time I am managing a sizable team of 12 highly skilled Engineers. Together, we are driven by a common goal—to facilitate seamless integration of Zone with financial institutions in Nigeria and beyond.
Working with this talented team is truly rewarding due to the remarkable diversity that exists within our ranks. We come together as a cohesive unit, harmonizing our efforts to realize the vision of a blockchain decentralization structure. In this pursuit, we diligently adhere to the finest engineering skills and practices, ensuring that our solutions are robust and innovative.
